Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All orders are generally processed and sent for delivery within 3-5 working days. Deliveries for purchases made through the website are handled by a 3rd party delivery agent – Qexpress, hence we have no control over the delivery schedule. For urgent orders and request, please let us know and we will try our best to accomodate. Alternatively, you may also opt for self-collection at our store located at Orchard Palais Renaissance.

A: Yes, your personal information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection law under Singapore PDPA regulations. Online payments are processed via PayPal, which protects your bank card and bank data, enabling you to make payments online without having to disclose your financial data every time you make an online purchase.
Q: What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
A: In the event that an item is out of stock after purchase is made, you will be notified and then you may decide to wait, change or cancel the order for a full refund.
